I really like the founder of CakeLove Warren Brown’s take on small business marketing. He mentioned in this video he wants to make the customer aware of the items they have chosen to sell before they come to the store. I agree - when a customer comes to your business without a real sense of the product offering you choose to sell they may be disappointed and their expectations will not be meet.
So as we market the products and services we choose (watch the video to why the word choice is important) to sell, how can we better explain our offerings through our “image and information flow”?
