Extending a marketing conversation outside of the social network is important. I really like the concept that Enthusem has innovated. Every small business needs to be online and part of a network, however, once everyone is online the noise is deafening. So if an e-mail, tweet, or Linkin Inmail stop producing results take the conversation offline. To me Enthusem (they need a better overall design) seems like the right tool to JOT the marketing system and I am a fan.
